She is a career criminal who has loss custody of her child due to abuse and neglect and her boyfriend Andrew Hernandez has loss custody of his daughter because of Leticia Collins. The child had to get a restraining order on the woman! She breeds her dogs multiple times a year and this is how she makes her extra money on the side. She is frauding section8 and social security. Your dogs are not safe with her. Her house reeks of pee and poop and she uses those poor animals to pay for her life style instead of getting a job.
